Why Galerie Belvedere?

Galerie Belvedere has been established since 1996 and specializes in Asian and European art. The gallery provides art advice for residences, and art consultancy for corporate commisions involving corporate offices, hospitals and medical centres, hospitality and other commercial projects.

We work with several Asian and European artists and sculptors and Singapore contemporary artists. We also carry artworks of First Generation Pioneer Singapore artists such as Chen Wen Hsi, Cheong Soo Pieng and Sun Yee.

We provide bespoke artworks to corporate clients and hospitality. The gallery's services are end-to-end and span from conceptualisation to installation. Our corporate projects include CapitaLand's HQ at Capital Tower and their London office at Berkeley Square, condominiums developed by CapitaLand such as The Avalon, Belmond Green, d'Leedon, Latitude, Urban Resort and Urban Suites, and Bedok Residences, Leedon Residences by GuocoLand, Ascott HQ, outdoor sculptures for Marina Barrage and ION Orchard, and NTU Clubhouse, Telenor offices in Singapore, Suzhou Sheraton Hotel and Towers in China, and The Holiday Lodge in Brunei. How do I place an order?

The Galerie Belvedere Website is a fully transactional e-commerce platform. Unless indicated, all items on site are for sale and available for purchase directly through the site.

All you have to do is select "Add to Cart" on the details page of the artwork you wish to purchase. You can continue to checkout by clicking on the Cart icon at the top right hand of the page.

 

How do I pay?

Galerie Belvedere uses PayPal for payments. It is free for our customers with no extra hidden charges. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the system. If you have any of the major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), you will be able to make a payment through PayPal without registering for a PayPal account.

 

Is your payment platform safe?

We chose PayPal as our payment gateway as they are a leader in antifraud technology. Their payment platform is engineered to help prevent fraud with 24/7 fraud monitoring system in place enabling you to pay for your purchases with ease of mind. Learn more here.

 

I am facing technical issues

If you are having issues accessing our website, we suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system e.g. Windows, OSX etc.

If you are still having problems, please contact our team at art@galerie-belvedere.com and include:

  • As much information as you can about the issue
  • Screenshots of any error message you get
  • Which web browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)
  • What you have done so far to try to resolve the issue

 

Can I amend my order?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

 

Where is my order?

If your order has yet to arrive by the estimated delivery date, we are here to assist. Prior to reaching out to us, we suggest you try to:

Check the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.

Check that the delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.

Check if you have a text message, email or an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your order may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the order on your behalf.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please email us at art@galerie-belvedere.com and quote your order number. We will reply as soon as possible and will investigate expeditiously.

 

I have received a damaged/ faulty item

As soon as you discover a damage and/ or fault, please contact us at art@galerie-belvedere.com with the order number, the item's name and a description of the damage/ fault.

We will revert as soon as possible following our checks and verifications. If we verify, that there is material fault/ damage to the item for which we are responsible, we may offier a refund or replacement where appropriate.

 

I have received an incorrect item(s) in my order

As soon as you discover an incorrect item, please contact us at art@galerie-belvedere.com with the order number, the incorrect item's name and description of the item.

 

An item is missing from my order

  • We may have sent your items seperately, so please check your text messages or emails to see if any of your items will be arriving seprately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels, each delivery note will inform you of the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anythiing.
  • If an item is missing, please contact us at art@galerie-belvedere.com with the order number and the missing item's name. We will resolve the issue for you at the soonest.

 

How are the artworks authenticated?

All artworks sold by Galerie Belvedere are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticiy issued by Galerie Belvedere.
