The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Galerie Belvedere is not affiliated with web sites or third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us. Galerie Belvedere reserves the right to void all service, return, and other policies for orders and Galerie Belvedere products that were purchased through unauthorized sellers. Galerie Belvedere is not responsible for any representations by unauthorized sellers.
Termination

Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and in relation to any dispute, legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (“the Proceedings”), the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
